       FAPP© is a framework for rapid identification of macro and micro level options- administration, management programs operations, financial targets, and for conflict resolution. 

 

       FAPP output identifies the major elements needed to achieve outcomes deemed feasible, completes a rapid

assessment of resources and gaps, clarifies trade-offs, responsibilities, and cites champions and landmines.

                                                                          Retreat format or multiple sessions can craft an organization's multi-year plans or a Board workplan and include process for integrating new tasks with on-going work.  Staff workplans, plans for programs or damage control.. aka exigency plans, and major content and checklist for grant application can be completed a FAPP of 1 day of less.

      Our training materials and modules are broad and diverse. We customize a results - oriented package that meets your needs and resources.          

       

      The approach and materials are keyed to adult learning styles, provide ample opportunity for practice and ownership of new skills, and reflect our high level of cultural competency.                                                                                           Years ago we found that learning and tretention are enhanced by linking new concepts and skills to relatable and appropriate cultural adages.                                                                                                      HU encourages "Train the  Trainer" as a cost saving, capacity builder.

public consultation

            Your project needs input from a  broad sweep  or market niche. The 24 hour news cycles, widespread -but not universal use "smart" devices, and a numerous and obligations compete for your  targets'  attention.'Yelling "FIRE", or printing "Man Bites Dog" are not options.

 

         Public consultation is productive when you establish the trust, the right contacts, message, and media for clear communication. Social media is a necessary but from sufficient tool.

 

         HU's public consultation models support market innovation, shape solutions "in the public good", build consensus on contentious or sensitive policies, and garner understanding of social or scientific phenonmena using Interviews,"E"surveys, Focus Groups, or Town Hall meetings. Each option requires a read of which tools are best delivered by what method, by whom...  with cultural competence.                                             We DO this.
